Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Director of Plant Restarts in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. In this role you will report to the VP of US Installed Base Services which represents all services currently being deployed to the existing operating fleet of US based nuclear plants. To be effective in this role you will manage leaders that are stationed at various plant locations across the US. Those leaders are acting in the best interest of Framatome while at those plant locations and are supporting multiple businesses in their roles. You will bring this team of leaders together and ensure they are operating with the best interest of Framatome in mind with a focus on not only the daily operations at those plants but also in support of the long-term strategy of Framatome. In this role you will engage with various executive and management levels within the customer base as well as within Framatome. You will coordinate strategy and operational approach with each of the Framatome business represented as well as with Framatome Sales and Marketing as well as the appropriate customer interface.

This position requires up to 50% travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $146,000 - $206,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
