Job Purpose Support the Lead, Performance assurance in delivering Modular's Performance Assurance (PA) process including coordinating Modular resources and data gathering, analysis and reporting using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation and Analysis. Develop, track, and report on customer improvement plans using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation and Analysis. Maintain up-to-date Modular product knowledge, including known issues and conduct regular reviews of the customer JoiFUL logs with the customer and required Modular resources using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; If you consider yourself someone who can apply technical know-how to create practical solutions in a dynamic and team-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to work side by side with some of the biggest innovators in the Mining technology industry. Travel Requirements Job Duties and Responsibilities Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation Haulage Production Planning, Simulation, and Analysis. Keeps up-to-date on technical information, technology, policies, and procedures, and keeps informed of the latest developments in the technical area of expertise using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation Haulage Production Planning, Simulation, and Analysis.
