Job Overview Key Job Responsibilities
Lead team of developers and technical analysts to customize and configure digital experience (DX) solutions. Define technical strategies, solution design, and successful implementation of DX platforms, packaged and custom applications in the ecommerce, Content/Digital Asset Management and CRM space. Lead design of Salesforce/Adobe applications development models and diagrams to guide programmers through the software code needed for the application. Conduct technical feasibility assessments and prototype development to validate design concepts and identify risks. Perform audits to ensure appropriate information is being recorded. Create application and technical design documents for Salesforce/Adobe best practices. Identify improvements and provide technical feedback for proposed system designs and implementation. Manage CRM/eCommerce architecture to understand customer needs. Document technical designs, development tasks, and system configurations for reference and future maintenance. Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related field and five years' experience with Salesforce, API development, integration/ETL Technologies, source control CICD (Git, Copado), cloud platforms IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, building web components, managing a team of developers and leading design of Salesforce applications development model Additional Information
