Field Service Technicians (M88/M109 Mechanics)

STS Technical Services is hiring Field Service Technicians to provide expert Field Level Maintenance Support for the M88A1, M88A2 Recovery Vehicles, and M109 A6/A7 Platforms. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing tracked recovery vehicle systems to ensure mission readiness.

The primary work location is York, Pennsylvania, with the requirement to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and the flexibility to support travel as needed (CONUS and OCONUS).

• Perform Field Level Maintenance on M88A1 and M88A2 tracked vehicle recovery systems.
  
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair M88A1/A2 Recovery vehicles or similar U.S. Army tracked vehicle equipment.
  
• Read and interpret technical manuals and directives to execute repairs effectively.
  
• Ensure mission requirements are met while working under limited supervision.
  
• Work collaboratively as part of a field service team, executing maintenance tasks efficiently.
  
• Maintain a self-motivated and proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
  

• Hands-on experience with Field Level Maintenance Service support for tracked vehicle recovery systems.
  
• Strong technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing M88A1/A2 Recovery vehicles or similar military tracked vehicles.
  
• Ability to interpret and apply technical manuals related to M88A1 and M88A2 Vehicles.
  
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong team collaboration skills to accomplish assigned tasks efficiently.
  
• Must have the ability to obtain a security interim clearance for CAC card issuance.
  
• Valid passport with at least two years of remaining validity.
  

• Minimum of five years of experience working on the M88 platform.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Some college coursework preferred.
