SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Working with the Digital Marketing team, this person will focus on Merit Medical websites & digital campaigns, drafting SEO-rich content for digital channels and other day-today activities as needed. This position is focused on problem solving and using data to drive results and optimizations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

1. Work alongside Digital Marketing team members to help develop website plans, roadmap, and testing.

2. Review and analyze Merit Medical websites for areas that can be improved and optimized
3. Draft content for website and make updates to websites using CMS system
4. Work with cross-functional teams to conceive, build, and execute multi-channel digital marketing programs that support the business objectives and key marketing priorities.
5. Measure, report and analyze the performance of your efforts across channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle.
6. Contribute and influence the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies.
7. Research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods, related to websites and digital channels.
8. Assist team in identifying optimization opportunities across all digital channels such as email, social, website, ads, etc.
9. Performs other duties, as assigned.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
* Five to seven years of experience in digital marketing and branding, preferably in a position owning website, lead generation, and/or CRM campaigns.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

* Ability to make responsible judgment calls and to deal with deadlines and changes.

* Experience conducting site analysis and user research, applying findings to site structure.

* Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices.

* Knowledge of CMS platforms, responsive design, and data structures.

* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Excellent technical writing, proofreading and editing skills.
* Project management experience is a plus.
