  • Estimated annual base pay: $164,000.00 (minimum) - $205,000.00 (midpoint) - $246,000.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Director COE, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Reporting to the Group CoE Vice President this position is responsible for the Parts Manufacturing leadership team with high business complexity as defined by multiple products, customers and broad product mix. This position accomplishes objectives through leading a multi-disciplined team to achieve operational excellence in support of company visions, including On time Delivery, Delivered Quality, productivity improvement/cost reductions, purchased goods quality and delivery and OEM and aftermarket lead-time requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversees the parts manufacturing processes through a group of leaders in a manufacturing process structure. Responsible for production of high precision parts from raw material to final products ready for assembly.
  • Accountable for shop floor metrics and performance (Quality, Delivery, Responsiveness and cost)
  • Responsible for shop floor budget, capital plans and staffing requirements
  • Implements continuous improvement to achieve departmental and company goals

What We Are Looking For

  • US - Bachelor's degree in arts/sciences required
  • Master's degree in arts/sciences preferred
  • 5+ years' experience of prior product family leadership experience in manufacturing environment required
  • Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Strong Operations focus; proven ability to lead and manage one or more product families with the following attributes Six Sigma Methodology, Successful track record in a LEAN manufacturing environment, Stringent quality standards, and Progressive/contemporary operational concepts and practices
  • Multi-functional background (i.e. engineering, operations, sales, marketing, project management, materials management)
  • Ability to design and implement operational strategy
  • Solid leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
