Position Overview The Sr. Field Relations Program Manager is a Compliance ambassador for the organization, informing the leadership team of field observations and gaps in training and/or knowledge while building trust and rapport to serve as a trusted advisor to field-based employees. They will give individualized, and prompt answers in response to employee's questions and concerns regarding compliance policies during field observations. The Sr. Field Relations Program Manager will observe and monitor sales conferences, various field rides and be experts in both the clinical knowledge of the products and sales resources. This role is responsible for supporting compliant employee customer interactions through observations and real-time monitoring efforts, tracking, analysis, reporting of trends, identification of training opportunities, team initiatives, and development. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Critical focus on improvement initiatives that increase the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all real-time, field-based monitoring efforts.
- Contribute to and assist in developing, updating, and reviewing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the Field Relations Program for Exact Sciences.
- Contribute to and assist in developing policies, procedures and training materials related to job function.
- Serve as subject matter expert for the Compliance Operations team on product information.
- Contribute to and assist with corporate compliance auditing and monitoring activities to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Partner with cross-functional team members to identify and maintain current on sales strategy, promotional collateral, certification processes, CRM requirements, etc.
- Field oversight of customer interactions, messaging, and resource utilization.
- Summarize observed customer interactions and share feedback with Compliance leadership.
- Help ensure that the healthcare regulatory compliance program (the "Compliance Program") is designed and run in a manner comporting with laws, regulations and industry standards that include, among other topics, state and federal anti-kickback statutes, Stark compliance, open payments and related regulations and reporting practices (e.g., the Sunshine Act), compliance with FDA, CMS and relevant regulatory requirements, and compliance with applicable corporate codes and policies (e.g., the Company's Code of Conduct on Interactions with Health Care Identify potential weaknesses in the Compliance Program and proactively suggest improvements to address them.
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure visibility to events and meetings with HCPs to ensure the Field Relations Program has proactive knowledge to determine resource allocation.

- Contribute and assist Associate Director with strategy and tactics to support the needs of the team.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization. Ability to take complex information, distill it into an executive summary and present information to senior leaders in multiple formats (including but not limited to written summary in Word, PowerPoint slide, verbal presentation supported with slides, etc.).
- Cross-functional collaboration to identify gaps and areas of opportunity for sales team and operations.
- Build trust and rapport with Commercial and Medical functions.
- Help promote and maintain a positive company image.
- Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work designated schedule.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
- Considerable periods of time may be spent concentrating and or analyzing data.
- Ability and means to travel between (either Madison or Redwood City) locations.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 7+ years of experience working in relevant compliance and/or health care sales leadership role that includes applying:
- Knowledge of state/federal regulations mandating marketing and promotional practices for health care manufacturers and/or health care providers.
- Knowledge of the OIG Compliance Program Guidance and the AdvaMed Code of Conduct on Interactions with U.S. Health Care Professionals.
- Knowledge of interactions between federal agencies mandated to provide oversight of marketing and healthcare expenditures, i.e., CMS, FDA, OIG and DOJ.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
- Ability to work well with others and lead a team.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several priorities at one time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Visio.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ year(s) experience in leading a sales team or sales training program for medical device or pharmaceutical company.
- 4+ year(s) experience in coaching and providing feedback to individuals as part of primary responsibility
- Experience working in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool as user.

Salary Range: $129,000.00 - $208,000.00
The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to be considered for company stock at hire and on an annual basis.
