  • Estimated hourly pay: $30.19(minimum) - $37.74(midpoint) - $45.29(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Mechanical Designer, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position performs diverse and intermediate level design assignments for our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. They will work in an innovative environment where creative design concepts are turned into new products or factory upgrades.

What you will be doing...

  • Advanced level CAD and drafting.

  • Lead complex, abstract problem solving and innovation.

  • Participate in advanced machine design and mechatronics.

  • Develop and implement various process improvements.

  • Conduct intermediate level tolerance stackup studies.

What we are looking for...

  • US - Associate's 2 year technical degree, certificate, or applicable experience. Continuing education as it relates to the position required.

  • 5+ years Designer experience or combination of Bachelor's degree or International equivalent and experience required.

  • Must be able to perform intermediate level linear stackup studies

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes

  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and professionalism. Participates in continuous improvement activities related to position.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
