Are you energized by a highly visible role that allows you to drive business performance through data-driven analytics? GSK is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Organized Provider Analytics Manager to join our Center of Excellence team within the Insights and Analytics (I&A) organization.

About the Role: This is a highly visible, enterprise-wide role that spans multiple business units, including vaccines, specialty, oncology, anti-infectives, and respiratory. As the Organized Provider Analytics Manager, you will leverage your strategic mindset and keen business acumen to collaborate effectively with BU Commercial Insights (CI), Market Access, Forecasting, Field Operations and Data Strategy teams. Your goal will be to lead and enhance organized provider analytics, driving informed business decisions.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following...

  • Design and implement KPIs to assess performance across organized provider segments. Provide analytics support for business performance reviews.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities through standardization, automation, and interactive dashboards for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Develop account-level forecasts in collaboration with forecasting and market access teams to establish annual growth targets.
  • Develop account-level marketing models to evaluate Salesforce impact and promotional response in provider segments. Conduct Salesforce sizing analysis to recommend optimal allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-matrix partners to ensure consistency, transparency and effective integration of analytics across workstreams
  • Partner with technology teams to build standardized data pipelines and data infrastructure for evolving business needs.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to inform commercial strategies and operational decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for analytics methodologies and stakeholder reporting.
Why you? Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Finance/Economics, or a related field.
  • Have background in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 4+ Years Professional experience in sales analytics or operations, performance reporting, market access analytics, provider analytics, or other commercial analytics areas.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Python for data processing and analysis.
  • Experience in managing multiple relationships and competing priorities in a complex matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a similar field.
  • Experience with Market Access data, including contract/sales data.
  • Strong proficiency in advanced analytics and statistical modeling (e.g., marketing mix modelling, salesforce sizing, resource allocation, segmentation).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs, drive proactive solutions, and effectively call out/mitigate risks.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Ability to influence laterally and vertically.
  • Experience with Databricks.
