Qualifications
Skills You'll Need: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role. Technology Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems preferred. PeopleSoft experience preferred but not required. Analytical Skills. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal Skills. Must have superior verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with peers as needed. Must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Must be able to maintain confidential information. Time Management Skills. Must have the ability to effectively organize priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Functional Knowledge. Must have knowledge and understanding of relevant state and federal regulations required as well as company policies and benefit plans. What You'll Like About Us: Great Company Culture.
