THE JOB:

As a Cook at The Signature, you'll apply your expertise in culinary techniques to craft exceptional dishes, utilize kitchen equipment safely, and maintain high standards of sanitation. By understanding and catering to each guest's unique preferences and stories, you will ensure that every meal is memorable, crafting WOW moments that will linger long after their stay.

STARTING RATE: $25.3125 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food products and expertly apply culinary techniques.

• Safely operate a variety of kitchen equipment suited for high-volume service environments.

• Maintain thorough menu knowledge and pay close attention to detail with plate presentation to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Efficiently restock kitchen supplies and food items necessary for seamless service in fast-paced settings.

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping, sanitation, and compliance with health standards.

• Work cohesively as a team to assist with all guest needs and inquiries, ensuring a positive dining experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Skilled in culinary techniques including knife skills with a solid background in food preparation and kitchen operations.

• Proficient in using kitchen equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards.

• Works well with staff, supports leadership, and addresses guest needs with excellent communication.

• Familiarity with the dynamics of working in a resort or casino environment, adept at managing high-energy guest interactions.

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
