CDL Class A Driver

  - Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00

  Marenakos Rock Center, a partner of Heritage Landscape Supply Group, is seeking self-motivated , customer service-oriented individual that is a team player to join our family as a Local CDL Driver.

  As our CDL (Class A) Driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely deliver products to customers' places of business or job sites. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime. CDL Class A for Dump Truck. Residential and commercial deliveries. Hauling material from quarries.

  - Must be able to drive manual transmission

  - Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00

  Essential Duties:

  • An eye for safety including vehicle inspections, load securement and general rules of the road
  • Comply with all DOT regulations while operating a commercial vehicle
  • Loading, unloading, and stage orders on a job site environment
  • Deliver to customer sites and branch locations
  • Understand and adhere to the FMCSA regulations
  • Maintain truck and driving records by obtaining signed delivery receipts, recording tracking information, and completing driver log and truck performance forms

  Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CDL (Class A) License
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission
  • Acceptable safe driving record
  • Prior commercial driving experience and knowledge of DOT & OSHA safety regulations are a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge helpful
  • Forklift experience is helpful
  • Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds on a repetitive basis
  • Able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug test and DOT physical

Deliveries will consist of landscape and masonry stone - Must be able to drive manual transmission.
