State Department Federal Credit Union is seeking a Membership Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans that leverage membership development opportunities within SDFCU's Field of Membership (FOM). This includes working with various groups such as the Department of State, contractors, affiliates, Select Employer Groups (SEGs), schools, and associations, as well as attracting new SEGs to the FOM, as approved by the SDFCU Board of Directors. The position also focuses on member acquisition and retention, including overseeing sales campaigns, reward programs, and membership drives. Additionally, this role involves analyzing internal and external member data, contributing to membership development planning, and managing promotional campaigns. The position also oversees the Financial Literacy program and the Jefferson-Houston Student Branch program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
