Overview NaphCare is partnering with Everhealth to find and hire a motivated and inspiring Health Services Administrator (HSA) to join our team of medical professionals in the Clackamas County Jail in Oregon City, OR. The Health Services Administrator (HSA) leads our medical and mental health teams to ensure our patients in residence receive quality care that protects their rights, dignity and health. As the HSA, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive culture and work environment, setting clear expectations and direction for our staff, communicating practice changes, recruiting, coaching, and developing others. As the leader, you will advocate for nursing needs, offer support and work collaboratively with staff to provide necessary healthcare and treatment services for our patients. In the Clackamas County Jail, you will work within a controlled environment where security is paramount and the days are never dull. This position offers a variety of responsibilities to keep you engaged while working alongside correctional officers to ensure safety for all. This is a unique and interesting position! Responsibilities Job Duties / Responsibilities The Health Services Administrator (HSA) leads our medical and mental health services teams to ensure our patients in residence receive quality care that protects their rights, dignity and health. Additional duties and responsibilities may include and are not limited to:
Collaborate with the Medical Director, Mental Health Director and Dental services staff to set clinical priorities and provide direction for nursing services, ensure nursing staff are responsive to patients in our care.

Physical Capabilities: Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
