Your Role: Hands-On, Impactful, and Fast-Paced:

As a Client Developer in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, you will lead business development initiatives and collaborate with Marketing and Project Management teams across various sectors, including economic/commercial/industrial development, municipal/governmental projects, the healthcare sector, and more. You will play a vital role in expanding our client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the success of our Ohio offices.

What You'll Do:




  • Partner with local staff to set sales goals and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to drive business plans.



  • Enhance client relationships, win new clients, and collaborate on multidisciplinary projects to boost success rates.



  • Plan association involvement and advertising strategies, organizing local events to enhance engagement.



  • Assist in developing and submitting proposals and responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).



  • Prepare and lead monthly Business Development meetings to align efforts.

What We're Looking For:




  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, construction, business, or a related field.



  • A minimum of 6 years of technical and/or business development experience within the Commercial Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industries.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.



  • Existing relationships with various A/E/C industry Designers, Contractors, and Owners.



  • Willingness to travel, including some evenings and weekends, using personal vehicles for company business.



  • Proven ability to increase sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the Ohio offices and markets.
