Here's what you'd do:

  • A Systems engineer within the team will leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that support business operations. You will work closely with stakeholders, including customers, project leaders, architects, and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Specific tasks include:
    • Engaging with customers to understand their perspectives and requirements
    • Collaborating with Architects and Analysts to develop project plans and requirements
    • Utilizing your technical skills to build and support applications on premise and in the cloud
    • Working with the product team to prioritize requirements into a plan to meet milestones and minimum viable products (MVP) that meet schedule, cost, and functional constraints
    • Leading project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
    • Identifying opportunities to create the desired customer experiences and gathering feedback to support iterative, data-driven growth and improvement opportunities
    • Determining effectiveness of new and current systems and making recommendations for improvement
  • The required skills are:
    • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a project engineering or - IT project management capacity
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong and effective team player with demonstrated ability to communicate in virtual team environment.
The desired skills are:
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, and proven experience in technical consulting roles
  • Understanding of IT Service Management
  • ITAM Certifications like CSAM, CHAMP, CITAD, etc.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Development
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $38.75+ /hour

Hours: Remote- schedule TBD

Length: Long term contract ; opportunity of extension

Additional Information:
