Are you passionate about the science behind winemaking and eager to contribute to a dynamic team? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and perform physical and chemical analyses of grapes, grape products, alcoholic beverages, water, and related materials. Your work will facilitate the production of high-quality winery products while ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our analytical and micro-labs.

In this role, you will support and perform microbiological analysis and preparation, including plate reading, sample plating, and collection. You will monitor bottling line sanitation efficacy and handle media preparation and sterilization. We value your input and encourage you to suggest improvements to our laboratory practices.

Safety is our priority, and you will complete all quality and safety training promptly, practicing safe work habits consistently. You will also be responsible for the appropriate disposal of wine, recycled glass, and cardboard. Timely collection and delivery of wine samples from the cellar, bottling room, and MSC to the WAM laboratory are essential tasks.

Your role includes preparing standard laboratory solutions and logging sample results into the laboratory information management system. This ensures that our winemakers, team leaders, and quality leadership team are constantly aware of the product's quality. Running status and lab sample reports will also be part of your duties, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.

We are looking for individuals who exhibit intrapreneurship and ownership behaviors. If you think boldly, take appropriate risks, learn from mistakes, show initiative, and encourage innovation, you will thrive in our team. We set high expectations, drive candid discussions, and hold ourselves and others accountable.

Join us in a role where your contributions and suggestions are valued. Apply today to be part of our passionate and innovative team!
