Salary Range: $129,780 - $153,470

Location: Remote

Schedule: M-F, 35 hours

This role is endowed/subsidized through September 2026, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and funding.

Position Overview:

The Director, CRM Salesforce will lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of our Salesforce CRM platform. This leadership role will oversee the technology roadmap, ensure the platform aligns with business objectives, and drive efficiencies for our programs.You will be responsible for Salesforce CRM environment at Vibrant Emotional Health, including setting the vision and strategy for the program, advancing best practices and guiding cross functional operations to achieve objectives. You are a strategic leader who will be responsible for driving innovation to ensure we deliver best-in-class services.

Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations
  • Lead technical design sessions, design and document technical solutions that are aligned with Vibrants business objectives
  • Translate business/technical requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
  • Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement a solution based on business requirements
  • Provide guidance during evaluation of business requirements


Partner Engagement:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM/Salesforce related initiatives, from initial discussions to final deployment and support
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback


Cross-Department Coordination:



  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that all Salesforce related processes are aligned and coordinated
  • Lead and guide teams across different areas, including engineering, software development, and configuration management
  • Provide leadership and support to ensure that all team members work effectively towards project goals


Technical Expertise:



  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and product features to guide project decisions
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet program requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems
  • Assist in configuring and customizing technology solutions to meet specific program needs


Continuous Improvement:



  • Monitor and analyze Salesforce processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
  • Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to refine and enhance the Salesforce environment



Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integration tools
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and best practices
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building high-performance teams
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to interact with C-level executives, partners, and technical teams
  • Strategic thinker with experience in business development, client relationship management, and market positioning



Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 12+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Salesforce
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce implementations, configurations, and integrations in a large, complex organization
  • Proven ability to manage highly technical Salesforce teams and guide a strategic Salesforce vision and roadmap
  • Demonstrated experience collecting and analyzing detailed technical and non-technical requirements for Salesforce projects

Salesforce Certified Data Architect & Management Designer

Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
