Are you a results-driven marketing leader with a passion for driving revenue growth? Do you excel at crafting and executing sophisticated, data-driven marketing campaigns? If so, Sprague is seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to architect and optimize our lead generation and nurturing strategies.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for planning, developing, and managing comprehensive go-to-market campaigns that build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and nurture them through the sales and marketing funnels. You will be the architect of our lead generation campaigns, leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, paid advertising, and compelling content to craft and deploy targeted campaigns that drive conversions and accelerate business growth.

This role is ideal for a tactician who can create the strategy, roll-up their sleeves, and execute within the different tools and software. You'll build winning campaign plans, secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure flawless execution from concept to ROI measurement. You will also manage and segment customer data within our CRM system, and other lead generation tools, to ensure targeted and relevant communication across all channels, while fostering strong relationships across our diverse business units and ensuring a seamless lead nurturing, qualification, and handover to our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Campaign Development:

    • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
    • Develop and implement a robust marketing automation strategy, including setup, workflows, and personalized messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.
    • Expertly manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.), demonstrating proven experience in ad buying.
    • Develop and implement CRM program expertise to ensure optimal data utilization, segmentation, and personalized customer journeys.
    • Proven success with campaign planning, lead development, and expert project management.


  • Lead Generation and Nurturing:

    • Identify and leverage key customer touchpoints throughout the buyer's journey to build multi-channel campaigns that generate, and nurture leads.
    • Create, oversee, and manage demand and lead generation activities, conversion programs, retention, and acceleration plans that drive measurable top-line and bottom-line growth.
    • Design and execute a comprehensive marketing automation system with triggered alerts and personalized messaging based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage.


  • Data Analysis and Optimization:

    • Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns across all online and offline channels, utilizing marketing analytics tools to optimize strategies for maximum ROI and improved KPI metrics across digital channels.
    • Utilize marketing attribution modeling and A/B testing methodologies to refine campaign performance and maximize efficiency.

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of success in campaign planning, marketing automation, lead generation, and ad buying.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)).
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Highly-proficient with digital ad buying, with first-hand experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEMrush, Salesforce CRM Analytics).
  • Proficiency in content marketing, with proven copywriting skills across the web, email, ads, blogs, etc.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
