Location: Stuart, FL JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Senior Document Services Specialist with extensive knowledge and experience in commercial loan documentation and collateral requirements. The Senior Document Services Specialist will be responsible for the preparation of commercial loan documentation and/or review of attorney prepared commercial loan closing documents. The senior specialist will determine the appropriate documentation needed for loan facilities based on review of the credit approval package, and prepare and review legal documents to ensure accuracy. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Loan Officers and bank-appointed attorneys. It is essential for the candidate to demonstrate strong teamwork, effective relationship management, excellent customer service, and communication skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while ensuring the best possible closing experience for our customers is crucial for this role.
