Overview: Our client, near North Caldwell, NJ, is seeking an Account Manager to support the growth and retention of memberships to the organization. A minimum of 5 years in a similar role and experience in the insurance industry is required. The Membership Account Manager is tasked with recruiting new members, managing sales processes, and maintaining high levels of member satisfaction. A strong passion for business development, coupled with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, is essential to achieve both member satisfaction and organizational success. Description: Recruit and onboard new members to the organization Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell services and attract new clients Clearly communicate the benefits and services offered by the organization Support sales activities including market research, outreach, fee calculations, proposal development, contract preparation, and reporting Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system Understand and explain the organization's programs, pricing structure, and terms Familiarize yourself with governance processes and operational guidelines Ensure that any escalated member concerns are addressed promptly and effectively Assist in planning and executing member retention and engagement strategies Work independently as well as in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and other departments to resolve issues and achieve overall organizational goals Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and a proactive approach Experience in sales support, account management, and customer relations Knowledge of the insurance industry and its value chain is a plus Must Have: Minimum of five years in a relevant role Prior experience in the insurance industry is required Job Title: Account Manager, Memberships Opportunity: Direct Hire Location: North Caldwell, NJ Salary: DOE $85,000-$110,000 annually Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the referenced salary range ($85 k-$110k) reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
