Clinical F2F Specialist Responsibilities

  • Inquire and gather information from the EMR (Homecare Homebase), physician, referral sources, staff to ensure Face to Face documentation requirements are met.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Follow all HIPPA, payor and AccentCare guidelines
  • Participate in staff and in-service meetings, and development and training activities.

Qualifications

Be the Best Clinical F2F Speacialist You Can Be.

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse with current license
  • Minimum one year home health or hospice experience preferred
  • Experience in dealing with a variety of customers in healthcare, including physicians, clinicians, and healthcare facilities
