Job Title: Data Analyst, Retail Marketing and Engagement

Company Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Data Analyst to join a dynamic Retail Marketing and Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for building dashboards and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) across various strategy functions, including Marketing, Customer Engagement, Learning, and Communications. The position offers a unique opportunity to make data-driven decisions in a rapidly growing and exciting area of retail.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement an analytics plan to support Marketing and Programming teams.



  • Build and maintain dashboards aligned with KPIs and strategy goals.



  • Create robust and actionable data visualizations that provide quick insights into the performance of content.



  • Identify and resolve data anomalies, working to address issues related to data collection, storage, transformation, or reporting.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data supports decision-making processes and strategic goals.




Key Qualifications:




  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and report generation.



  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Omniture, Tableau, or similar platforms.



  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics to analyze and report on web data.



  • Solid understanding of how customers interact with and consume digital instructional content.



  • Ability to create complex, cross-object, cross-platform reports.



  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.



  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and programs.



  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical data to non-technical audiences.



  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.



  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn from team members at all levels.



  • High level of ownership and accountability in all responsibilities.
