Our Services Product, Design, and Marketing Studio is looking for a Product Tester with solid technical problem-solving and communication skills, to partner with crossfunctional teams on ongoing media product launches. Working on media apps, you'll review the end product to ensure it meets the expectations of Product and Content Design teams. When issues are identified, you'll troubleshoot and escalate accordingly. You'll coordinate with cross-functional groups and perform regular testing to verify that new features, bug fixes, and enhancements do not negatively impact the customer experience.

Key Qualifications

* Create screenshots and video captures that effectively communicate software features.

* Build up encyclopedic knowledge of the latest features and outstanding issues.

* Previous experience in software QA or technical problem-solving roles.

* Excellent network building, presentation, and written communication skills.

* Familiarity with various technology companies' hardware and software

* Exceptional attention to detail.

* Comfortable working independently and accomplishing goals despite ambiguity.

* Ability to grasp complexity quickly and adapt to change seamlessly.

* Familiarity with high volume Digital Art asset workflows.

* Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Swift, or shell scripting is a plus.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

* Support a wide range of media products and services, including media apps

* Document product status by way of screenshots and video recordings.

* Manage hardware, software, and user experience for internal and external demos. * Oversee hardware inventory in team lab space.

* Organize and report testing progress.

* Investigate bugs, including adding regression information, screenshots, and logs.

* Run automation to assist with testing.
