Project Manager, Tech and Public Policy - McCourt School of Public Policy Georgetown University comprises two unique campuses in the nation's capital. Requirements The Tech & Public Policy Program at the McCourt School of Public Policy is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of two training cohorts for the Congressional Digital Government Fellowship, a grant funded project that is expected to end in August of 2026. The project goal is to pilot two six-week bipartisan fellowships for Congressional staff to learn about the role of emerging technology in public policy outcomes, such as how to ensure technology supports and does not impede policy outcomes. Participants will have opportunities to connect, socialize and network, with the additional goal of building lasting relationships within each session. Each cohort will span 8-12 weeks, running from June 2025 to August 2026. The Program Manager is a part-time role that will focus on the day-to-day operations of the fellowship, including recruiting for fellows, coordinating the sessions (6 per session for a total of 12), and managing communication with fellows, faculty and external stakeholders. Duties of the Project Manager will include but are not limited to:
Work Interactions The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the fellowship, including recruitment of congressional staff, space management, curriculum design, materials, scheduling, communication, and project metrics. Reporting directly to Michelle De Mooy, TPP Director and principal investigator of the grant and fellowship, the Project Manager will collaborate closely with Emily Tavoulareas, Adjunct Professor, and Sebastian Jilk, Associate Professor, to support curriculum development. This includes assisting with the selection of relevant courses, materials, and speakers for various topics. The Project Manager will also work with outside stakeholders to execute various parts of the project and will have some administrative support provided by TPP staff. Requirements and Qualifications

Pay Range: The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $22.88 - $42.10 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University's business needs and external factors.
