What is the opportunity?

The Program Manager, Bank Products, will support RBC US Wealth Management in reimaging our payment product set to grow the adoption and utilization of payment and cash products, a key component of the cash and lending business in RBC Wealth Management. The Program Manager is a key team member leading the execution and implementation of cash and payment product launches. The Program Manager will partner closely with internal and external partners ensuring timely successful implementation of multiple large- and small-scale initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Lead the execution of cash and payment product launches and conversions, managing various workstreams to ensure success.
  • Establish sustainable goals for broader project teams and work with internal and external partners to ensure requirements are surfaced and documented.
  • Help identify and raise potential roadblocks to appropriate functional team members and management.
  • Establish achievable deadlines and manage larger project teams to achieve deadlines.
  • Provide senior management with timely project status, including key accomplishments and issues requiring attention.
  • Document and communicate key decisions, requirements and potential roadblocks to appropriate functional areas.
  • Develop and be accountable to key performance metrics for program set. Report key performance metrics to the Head, Banking Products and Governance and field management.
  • Manage enterprise-wide product projects.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years' experience at a wealth management firm showing progression to managing enterprise program implementations.
  • SIE, Series 24, 7 and 63 licenses, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Experience managing implementation of bank product programs in the context of a wealth management broker dealer.
  • Strong understanding of the bank products and wealth management regulatory and legal environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Ability to anticipate problems and future needs and take ownership.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience leading product conversion to new providers.

New York:

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.

Minnesota:

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $85,000 - $150,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
