Location:Education Training and Development Center -12451 Gateway BlvdFort Myers FL 33913 Department: IS Informatics Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$84,323.20 - 109,636.80 / Annual SummaryThe Advanced Information Systems Educator in Technology Education is responsible for onboarding and ongoing support of end users on multiple healthcare technologies, the development and review of training materials, and mentors and collaborates with peers. This role requires both on-site and remote work and the ability to work autonomously. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training and support during software implementation/upgrades, continuous professional development, participation in team committees and task forces, communication of regulatory updates, and development of training materials and curriculum for adult learners. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical abilities, problem solving skills, a willingness to seek input from others, and effective time management. Serve as a collaborative team member in the areas of work ethic, values, and customer service while demonstrating genuine concern for staff, patients, and the community. Develop and maintain effective relationships and communications with leaders, technical/application teams, and external customers. Assume other duties as assigned. RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree preferred. May accept 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of education. Experience:Minimum 3 years of Training/Education experience required.
