Overview

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Traditional administrative/clerical support
* Greeting and tracking visitors
* Answering the telephone
* Maintaining calendars and setting up meetings
* Copying, faxing
* Keeping inventory for office supplies
* Coordinate with Redstone Arsenal personnel on badging
* Send mail as needed and create shipping labels
* Enter new hires/terminations into Concur
* Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, & LICENSURE:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work with others as part of a team as well as independently
* Highly organized
* Effective time management skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is usually in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
