  • Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist and in combination of Disciplines in the administration functional area.
  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
  • Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
  • Support projects and processes.
  • Conduct administrative tasks (, invoice and expense claim processing, etc.).
  • Support meetings and projects (meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
  • Troubleshoots and seeks issue resolution for the Synvep team in the areas of information services, finance services, facilities, etc.
  • Assists with the meeting coordination for events (hotel bookings, catering, etc).
  • Coordinates calendar of the Synvep leadership team.
  • Maintains Synvep share point.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree and/or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Requires developed specialized skills, or a breadth of skills, through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop trust & cross-functional relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within defined processes and structure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks on a regular basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • SAP management a plus.

Additional Information

Salary for this role is $66,400 - $99,600 per year.
