The pay range for this position is $15.11 - $21.85 based on direct and relevant experience.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Business Office Assistant to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Business Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. Support includes data-entry, printing, filing, mailing, scanning documents, and retrieving and copying information from files as requested. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(85%) Clerical Support

• Looks up and prints EOB's from the imaged documents
• Pulls and prints documentation on accounts that have a credit
• Prints and scans incoming mail to correct mailboxes
• Researches returned mail for redelivery
• Prints and mails itemized statements for customer service accounts
• Scans receipt batches and other determined documents
• Ensures batches have been scanned completely and documented accurately for future retrieval
• Enters data from approved spreadsheet(s) in billing system(s)
• Orders office supplies for RCM
• Enters credit cards for processing

(15%) Performs other duties as assigned

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Data entry skills
• Proficient with using computer systems and typing

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience working with spreadsheets
