The National Industry Marketing Manager leads the development of the go-to-market strategy for their industry, collaborating with leaders and specialists to grow the Endress+Hauser brand. This role requires a strong passion for industry advocacy, staying informed on trends, competition, pricing, and product needs while building a network, traveling to key industry locations, and training local teams on an applications-focused approach. The role strengthens the organization's understanding of customer processes while showcasing our unique industry value propositions. Which tasks will you perform?
- Drive market share growth within the strategic industry by developing and executing a comprehensive industry plan.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders to establish a 3- to 5-year business roadmap, aligning on objectives and implementing annual action plans to achieve defined targets.
- Strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and key industry players, supporting their development and long-term engagement.
- Develop and promote the industry value proposition, ensuring differentiation and competitive positioning.
- Monitor and analyze long-term market trends, including evolving customer needs and regulatory developments, while contributing to the global industry network.
- Provide strategic insights to the organization, translating vision into actionable outcomes that drive business success.
What do we expect from you? You will have (required):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field
- At least 3 years of control instrumentation experience in the Mining, Minerals, and MetalsIndustry.
- Required travel: 30-50%, primarily within the US (some international)
You may have (preferred):
- Experience in sales or marketing with direct customer engagement, preferably in industrial sales within the specific industry.
- Background in strategic marketing and customer development within the industry.
- Prioritizes the customer perspective in business decisions by actively seeking to understand customer needs and problems, initiating solutions based on this understanding, and implementing feedback to enhance the overall experience and prevent future issues.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and self-motivation, taking pride in their work and channeling energy into achieving tasks with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative.
