Executive Assistant
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Headquarters personnel. In this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and management support across various functions within DCMA. This includes but is not limited to the execution of process evaluations, analyses, and reports on administrative matters, ensuring that management systems are optimized for efficiency. Additionally, you will provide advice and assistance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding human resources, travel, training, logistics, and office support. This role requires effective use of financial and grant systems, as well as handling routine office operations such as records management, supply ordering, and coordination of meetings and deadlines. The position demands strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the use of various computer systems and applications.
