Senior Associate, Cafe Web Strategist | Retail Bank

This role will support the Website team within the larger Marketing Operations organization. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate Marketing Strategist to join our team to help continue bringing the company's mission to life. This role will support the Website team and more specifically, this role will support our Cafe site properties with building and executing website strategies to help support larger Retail Bank goals by partnering with multiple stakeholders in marketing, design, creative and tech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business objectives into strategic projects leading to site enhancements and optimizations.

• Be an ambassador for the site in partner conversations driving connections where the site can support marketing initiatives, and drive internal site linking opportunities.

• Shepherd multiple site projects at once from brief to execution while ensuring strategic intent aligns with execution and ensuring timelines are met.

• Partner in collaborative cross-functional teams with creative, marketing, enterprise, legal, compliance, etc to ensure all projects meet the requirements of partner teams.

• Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure marketing initiatives deliver on intent.

• Leverage data from the site to gain valuable insights into customer behavior allowing us to optimize our website content, improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction by understanding how users interact with your site.

• Work to ensure a smooth execution of site updates, ensuring the release team has all assets and approvals necessary to complete site updates.

• Excellent communication and partnership skills are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes. This involves the ability to build presentation materials and cohesive documentation that have equal impact when read as standalone or shared in a meeting environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, Communications, or Project Management

• At least 3 years of experience executing Cross-Channel Marketing communications campaigns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industry

• Experience working on website strategy, ideation and execution

• Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
