Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Comfortable asking questions when needed



This role involves supporting a shared department across multiple companies and locations, so accuracy and attention to detail are crucial. You will receive cross-training in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other administrative duties, ensuring that income and expenses are properly allocated to the correct company or location.
