This role requires extensive technical knowledge on Endress+Hauser radar products to effectively disseminate information to our support teams and service providers. Responsibilities include ensuring that advanced customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, handling product quality concerns, and performing field service work to resolve challenging issues.
