The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Plant Driver to work at our LEVY OHIO MILL SERVICE location in CANTON, OHIO. The Plant Driver operates truck for the purpose of transporting and delivering various type of materials or equipment between operations and repair facility or throughout the mill. Pay: Shift: Benefits Competitive pay Tuition Assistance/Reimbursement Comprehensive Benefit Plan Development Opportunities Responsibilities The Driver will: Performs pre-trip and pot-trip vehicle inspections along with routine greasing, oiling and fueling Load, unload and transports materials Ensures truck is properly loaded Proceeds to scale to be weighted and received paperwork Monitors changes in truck performance and reports potential malfunctions to maintenance personnel Maintains cleanliness of vehicle Complies with all safety regulations and policies Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge of equipment (e.g., engine, hydraulic component, tires, etc.) Basic mechanical aptitude Valid Driver's License Basic Communication skills To Apply Please submit your resume.
