Job Summary:

Responsibilities include the development of reports, dashboards, and other data driven solutions. The candidate will be part of a BI team, working with a variety of data sources across multiple companies and stakeholders to produce data solutions to meet various business needs. The individual must be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on client activity and performance.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to capture and document report, dashboard, and analysis requirements.
  • Develop BI reports, dashboards, and other data driven solutions to meet client needs.
  • Use of standard or ad hoc queries to extract data from disparate databases and data sources.
  • Analyze data to produce dashboards, metrics, or insights and identify trends or anomalies.
  • As assigned, provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve system performance using tools and data provided.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new requirements and enhancement needs, as well as pain point, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience performing data analytics for use in business decision-making
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Advanced SQL experience (Database administration)
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Excel
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services, or other ETL processes
  • Experience with SAP Datasphere/SAP Analytics Cloud/SAP S/4 Hana Reporting
  • Works well in a team or independently and within tight deadlines
  • Prior staffing/recruiting experience a plus!

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work environment 3 days in office, 2 days work from home.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
