The candidate will be part of a BI team, working with a variety of data sources across multiple companies and stakeholders to produce data solutions to meet various business needs. The individual must be able to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on client activity and performance. Work directly with stakeholders to capture and document report, dashboard, and analysis requirements. Develop BI reports, dashboards, and other data driven solutions to meet client needs. Use of standard or ad hoc queries to extract data from disparate databases and data sources. Analyze data to produce dashboards, metrics, or insights and identify trends or anomalies. As assigned, provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve system performance using tools and data provided. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new requirements and enhancement needs, as well as pain point, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Job Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Required: 3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or related field Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI Proficiency in SQL Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience performing data analytics for use in business decision-making Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication and organizational skills Preferred: Advanced SQL experience (Database administration) Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Excel Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services, or other ETL processes Experience with SAP Datasphere/SAP Analytics Cloud/SAP S/4 Hana Reporting Works well in a team or independently and within tight deadlines Prior staffing/recruiting experience a plus! Work Environment: Hybrid work environment 3 days in office, 2 days work from home. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
