General Assembler \| Royal Truck Body \| Nashville, TN Regular Employee \| Hourly Non-Exempt \| $18.50 - 20.00 What you'll do: Assemble or install truck body parts using hand, air, and power tools Follow quality, safety, and performance standards across workstations Rotate between tasks and support teammates as needed Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with 5S efforts Contribute to continuous improvement through Lean Principles What you need to be successful: Mechanically inclined with experience using drills, torque wrenches, air tools, and huck guns Strong attention to detail and work quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks Basic understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing processes Why The Shyft Group?
