Position Overview
At Aurora Flight Sciences, we design, build, and fly advanced aircraft and enabling technologies from concept to reality. We are searching for a talented and self-motivated Site Human Resources Business Partner to help us create the future of flight. We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused HR Business Partner to support our Columbus site. This role is all about being present, approachable, and fair-someone who can build trust on the floor, guide managers, and help keep things running smoothly. You'll be the go-to for day-to-day HR support, helping with everything from performance conversations to onboarding and employee questions. Minimum Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a background in supporting hourly or manufacturing teams Preferred Requirements
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification Physical Requirements
-Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in office environment consistently. Salary Range (Annualized USD)
