RAPP New York is looking for a VP, Program Management to join our award-winning Program Management team.

YOUR ROLE: The VP, Program Management is a strategic, results-oriented, innovative leader who is responsible for the overall operational direction and innovation for a key healthcare client. In this role, you are responsible for the effective management of your team, projects, the efficient use of resources, consistent delivery of high-quality client deliverables and overall client profitability. You develop and evolve RAPP workflow processes and tools to continually improve efficiency, quality and overall financial health of your account(s). You understand and advocate for both the art and the science of delivery operations. You partner with senior client stakeholders, establishing strategic and operational imperatives that align to RAPP's core values and ways of working. You strategize with RAPP Client Services & Finance leads to achieve business health through improved tools, process and staffing models. You are a highly skilled communicator demonstrating leadership qualities, are able to build internal and client relationships while guiding teams to success and work closely with the SVP of NY Operations in overall department supervision and guidance. This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
