Job Summary:

The Revenue Management Officer- Material Handling will drive Belden's Go-to-Market strategy & execution to achieve our three-year Accelerated Growth objectives through our Solutions offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the go-to-market plan and execution for a priority industry area, including development of annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecastingIdentify and prioritize target customers, segments, regions, and channel partners
• Own the value proposition and drive the roadmap of industry specific use cases and solutions
• Partner with Belden's Global Products and Solutions organization to drive innovation and refinement of the industry-specific use cases andsolutions
• Provide hands-on support to front-line teams to create account plans, value stories, and engage customers in C-level discussions
• Participate, own, and lead activities within and across Go-To-Market teams as part of an integrated, cross-functional pod
• Engage with Belden senior leadership in strategic planning activities

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM, Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years building and executing sales plans at the client Executive level, global experience preferred
• 5+ years in Industrial Automation within the material handling vertical
• Experience leading and influencing large, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Experience in delivering growth via new account business developmentwithin the vertical
• Experience in presenting and leading executive level meetings
• Solution selling experience demonstrating client outcome-based value

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $175,000 - $200,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
