Job Title: PFM (Winchester) Job Description Provides consumer credit counseling and administers debt management services. Recovers loan payments that might otherwise have been lost due to members' financial difficulties. Responsibilities * Provide consumer credit counseling to members. * Administer debt management services effectively. * Recover loan payments from members experiencing financial difficulties. * Evaluate members' financial situations and provide appropriate solutions. * Apply innovative approaches to solve technical design issues. * Conduct systems analysis, workflow, or procedural analysis. * Utilize word processing and spreadsheet software efficiently. Essential Skills * Collections experience * Sales or retail experience * Administrative skills * Customer service experience * Insurance or banking background * Financial background or banking experience * Computer literacy * Working knowledge of consumer/credit card collections systems, policies, and procedures * Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software Additional Skills & Qualifications * BS or Associate degree with retail or sales experience preferred * HS Diploma with collections or call center experience * Empathy towards members' situations * Service or retail industry experience * Ability to think outside the box * Competent and well-spoken Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
