SBA Operations Manager
Overview The SBA Operations Manager will set the tone for quality and efficiency in the daily operations of the SBA Department. This position is responsible for oversight of the portfolio management, closing, funding and secondary market activities within the SBA Department. This is a management position which involves managing and developing staff, as well as processes and procedures. The SBA Operations Manager will have decision making responsibility to ensure SBA and Renasant compliance in all areas of responsibility and must have authoritative knowledge. The individual in this position will partner with the Director of SBA Lending and the Credit Department to establish and manage comprehensive processes and protocols, as well as be responsible for their implementation and management.
