As a successful candidate, you will: Screen nutrition status of assigned patients, assists in development of care plans for identified problems, monitors patient responsiveness to care plans Plan in-between meal nourishments for patients on assigned service as needed Communicate any nutritional problems beyond his/her scope/practice to the Clinical Dietitian Qualifications Your qualifications should include: Associate's Degree in Nutrition or related field One year of related experience (preferred) Dietetic Technician Registered status (preferred) City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
