Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the role of BPO SPE Data with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in Cards & Payment and Retail - Back Office. This is a work from home position with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding their queries and concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues related to Cards & Payment and Retail
  • Back Office processes.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Assist in training new team members on process and product knowledge.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service quality.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Provide support for additional tasks as required by the management.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling Cards & Payment processes.
  • Exhibit knowledge of Retail
  • Back Office operations.
  • Show ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Display problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
