About the Role: We are looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Management (LWM) Solution Architect with a strong understanding of logistics, warehouse and trade configuration and integrations with key systems. This role requires a good understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, subcontracting and 3PL processes, coupled with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities, to support efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation within our logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting teams through project lifecycles, translating strategies into actionable goals, and fostering collaboration to achieve impactful business outcomes.

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Pay and Benefits:



  • $xxxxx - $xxxxx per year
  • Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and manage the execution of a digital roadmap for logistics and warehouse management to advance capabilities supporting inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes
  • Ensure the adoption of standard solutions for LWM requirements to maintain a "clean core" and lead the functional designs of WRICEFs where custom solutions are required
  • Implement and support SAP inventory management (IM) and extended warehouse management (EWM) processes, including inbound, outbound, inventory, pick, pack, and ship
  • Implement and support global trade and transportation management processes, including integration between SAP and GTM solutions
  • Serve as a key liaison between business functions and technical teams, providing updates and gathering input to align methodologies with business priorities
  • Partner with functional leads and technical teams to design and develop scalable solutions while managing multiple implementations


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of SAP Supply chain experience, specifically with WMS, and SD is required
  • Experience with Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics subcontracting and 3PL processes
  • Understanding of logistics and warehouse processes, supply chain management, and inventory control principles along with global trade and transportation
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams, including vendors, contractors, and internal associates, through the implementation lifecycle by managing project objectives, facilitating effective decision-making, and ensuring on-time milestone delivery within budget
  • Ability to travel 20%



Desired Qualifications:



  • Experience with Gore Performance Solutions Supply Chain
  • Experience in the integration with other echo systems is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with additional SAP modules or technologies (e.g., IM, EWM, MM, SD, MES, IoT, AI)
  • Familiarity with E2Open trade and transportation management
