CRI Advantage is looking for a System Engineer with 7+ years of experience, and Archer System Expertise - Installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance (hybrid: on-prem + PaaS) to work in. a hybrid role with Oak Ridge, TN- Y-12 National Security Complex / Consolidated Nuclear Security (CNS). Required technical skills in order of importance. Archer Module Configuration & Deployment - Especially A&A, Regulatory Compliance, workflows, dashboards Archer Integration Skills - On-premises/cloud platforms and interoperability with internal/external systems NIST RMF Knowledge - Deep understanding of the NIST Risk Management Framework and FISMA alignment Control Assessments & Compliance Workflows - Supporting processes across the risk management lifecycle Cybersecurity Fundamentals - CIA triad, authentication, non-repudiation User Administration & Workflow Management - Managing users, tracking approvals, workflows Metrics Reporting & Lifecycle Tracking - Generating metrics aligned to FISMA Archer Module Maintenance - Supporting multiple active modules and their lifecycle Testing and QA - For Archer configurations and deployments Dashboard & Visualization Development - Real-time data presentation Desired technical and/or non-technical skills in order of importance. Archer Best Practices Knowledge - Deep familiarity with eGRC implementation approaches and governance Automation of Policy Management & Exception Processing - Advanced configuration skills Experience in Risk Governance Frameworks - Beyond just NIST; broader governance design/integration Interoperability Leadership - Driving enterprise-level Archer integration across teams and platforms Advanced Architecture Design - Leading complex changes or scaling the platform across hybrid environments Required non-technical skills in order of importance. Strong Communication Skills - Explaining technical topics to stakeholders, presenting findings Collaboration with Cloud and Cross-Functional Teams - Working with various IT and cybersecurity stakeholders Operational Excellence Mindset - Supporting continuous improvement and organizational goals Problem Solving & Tailoring Solutions - Customizing implementations based on stakeholder discovery Project Coordination - Technical discovery and solution delivery as part of larger cyber programs
