Accounting Intern (onsite/hybrid)

Position Overview

As a key member of the Controllers team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. As an intern within the Accounting & Planning team, you will be broadly exposed to all facets of the accounting and planning functions and have the opportunity to work with various teams across the organization. In this role, you will assist with accounts payable, fixed assets, preparation of journal entries and reconciliations, data entry and other general accounting duties, while complying with internal controls, GAAP and FCA regulations. Minimum Qualifications

  • Current Sophomore or Junior in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week starting Summer 2025

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the Bank's systems and data

The typical base pay for this role is starting at $20 per hour, with increases based on academic level and experience. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
