Work Hours:

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm

Additional hours as needed to fulfill the needs of the department.

Function: Performs various analytical functions in support of the Deposit Operations Department. Responsible for proficient management of various operating procedures, policies, and regulations regarding Deposit Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assumes responsibility for the following functional areas of Deposit Operations:

    • Bank Control Administration

    • Project Initiatives

    • Household Processing

    • Mass Maintenance

    • Productivity Reporting

  • Gains advanced knowledge of and performs as needed all functional areas of Deposit Operations including, but not limited to:

    • General Ledger and Official Account Reconcilements

    • New Deposit Account Processing

    • Rate Exception Processing

    • Deposit Collection Activities

    • Decedent Reporting

    • Exceptions Processing

    • Research and Adjustment Activities

    • Training Documentation Liaison

    • System Administration for TRIPS, SVPCO, AND Deluxe Alert Center

  • Assists in the development of work standards and performance metrics.

  • Evaluates and updates written procedural documentation, including disaster recovery, data governance, SOX controls, and information security.

  • Assists with all aspects of data governance, including incorporating data governance within procedures and processes, classification of documents, reports, etc., and retention of data.

  • Support operational audits by collecting information and acting as a liaison between operations and audit.

  • Participates in and manages special projects as requested.

  • Assumes a primary role in merger and acquisition integration for deposit related system conversions, processes, and record retention.

  • Develop and maintain training documents for new and existing employees.

  • Train new employees and existing employees on various tasks related to Deposit Operations.

  • Develops leadership skills via assigned coaching and training opportunities.

  • Completes other duties as required.

Education:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Five to ten years of general experience and specialized experience.

Physical Demands:

Operates a keypad device 90-100% throughout the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing these tasks are the fingers, thumb, hand, wrist and elbows and lower arm. Sitting is required 90-100% of the day, standing 0-10%, and walking 0-10%. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The work can be performed at multiple locations. Traveling to alternate work locations required 0-10% and overnight stays required 0-10%.
