RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Ensure that safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Oversee daily/monthly reporting.
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
  • Respond to client issues and ensure appropriate escalation processes are followed by communicating critical issues to National Account Manager without delay.
  • Interface with the client contact.
  • Handle all facility calls and tickets from customers, by submitting requests to landlord and following requests until completion completed.
  • Enter activity data in logs, maintain records.
  • Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail (e.g. letters, parcels, U.S. Postal, and interdepartmental) to appropriate recipients and departments.
  • Manage inventory and distribute; paper, paper towels, visitor badges, parking passes
  • Request new ID badges for new employees via landlord
  • Change toner cartridges in printers
  • Perform monthly refrigerator cleaning
  • Other duties as assigned by customer and/or Operations Manager.
